That is not a problem at all if you use reWASD! Although there's still one problem with MW3 PC controller usage: if you'd like to play the game with a controller you will need a third party software to enable MW3 controller support.
If you've played any of the previous installments, you will notice the ameliorated gameplay. It's a first-person shooter with both single-player and multiplayer modes, and Modern Warfare 3 PC controller support is not implemented to the game initially. Developed by Sledgehammer Games and Infinity Ward, and published by Activision in 2011, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 was a sequel to Modern Warfare 2 (2009) and the third installment in the Modern Warfare saga.
